After a a goodnights sleep, comming down the stairs, you will smell the coffee, and you will
notice the table filled with home-made jams, maple products, and not to forget the fresh
bread from Ile d'Orléans, made that day.
Your breakfast starts out with a copious
plate of fruits and yogourts. Note that
when in season, the fruits are hand
picked that same morning.
Afterwards, it will be my pleasure to
prepare and serve you a typical old
fasioned plate. Each plate is made
of eggs, cheese, beans, and
depending on my inspiration,
bacon or ham.
